NAYNA INC
Privacy notice
Updated September 30, 2026
This notice covers Nayna Inc’s public Bipin Trading Assistant website, the Bipin Alerts iPhone notification app and its phone-connection service, and inquiries sent to our business email. The full trading dashboard is a separate service; the app-specific information below describes phone connection and notification delivery, not every data flow within that dashboard.
Information associated with this website
You can read the public pages without creating an account with Nayna Inc. These pages do not contain an email signup form, payment form, advertising trackers, or a customer trading dashboard.
When you contact us by email, we receive your email address, the content of your message, and any information or attachments you choose to send. Please do not send passwords, verification codes, brokerage credentials, or sensitive financial documents.
Bipin Alerts for iPhone
Bipin Alerts connects an iPhone to our spoken-notification service. When push registration is enabled, Apple and Google Firebase process notification and app-installation identifiers needed to route messages to the device. When you connect using a one-time code, our server stores a device identifier, a Firebase notification token, a protected representation of the connection credential, connection status, and registration and update times. The phone-connection request does not include your trading-website password or brokerage credentials.
The app stores its device connection identifier and credential in the iPhone’s Keychain. The connection code is valid for ten minutes and one use. Our server stores a protected representation of the code while it remains available for connection.
Notification delivery and service providers
We use device-registration information to connect your phone, route alerts, check or refresh its connection, and disconnect it on request. We retain delivery records containing a device identifier, an alert identifier, an attempt time, and delivery status to prevent duplicate notifications and diagnose delivery problems. We also keep connection-attempt counters to limit misuse.
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service process notification identifiers and message content to deliver alerts. Messages can include a symbol, direction, and spoken-alert phrase. Cloudflare provides network routing and security and may process request information such as IP addresses and request times. These providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy practices. The iPhone app does not include advertising or a dedicated advertising-tracking feature.
Your notification choices and retained records
You can control notification permissions and sounds in iPhone Settings. Notifications may be visible or audible on the lock screen according to your settings. Use Disconnect in Bipin Alerts to disable future delivery to that registered device. After a successful disconnection, the app removes its saved connection credentials; notifications already delivered may remain on the phone. Signing out of the trading website does not disconnect the phone.
Disconnecting does not automatically delete the server’s device-registration or delivery records. The current service has no scheduled automatic deletion period for those records, so they may remain until removed administratively. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact nayna@bipintradingapp.com. We may ask for information needed to identify your device or verify the request; do not email passwords, connection secrets, or notification tokens.
TestFlight and review access
If you use a TestFlight build, Apple may collect and share beta-testing information such as installation and session information, crash reports, and feedback under its TestFlight privacy practices. Feedback you submit may include screenshots, comments, or contact details you choose to provide.
The separate Apple review page stores a review username, a protected password representation, an account-expiry time, and failed-login counts. It issues the same one-time phone connection codes after successful sign-in. Expiry of the review account prevents new codes; it does not automatically disconnect a phone already registered for alerts.
Hosting and technical information
Hosting, network-security, and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, request times, and delivery records to operate and protect their services. The public site’s own page code does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting or security services may use their own cookies or technical controls.
How information is used
Business inquiries are used to respond to questions, communicate about the company or testing, and maintain correspondence. Technical information may be used to deliver the website, diagnose problems, and protect against misuse. Service providers process information as part of delivering hosting, security, and email services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Retention and requests
Email correspondence and operational records may remain in the systems used to provide these services. For questions about information you have provided, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email nayna@bipintradingapp.com. We may need to verify your identity before addressing a request, and legal or security obligations may affect what can be deleted.
Links and changes
Other websites and services have their own privacy practices. We may update this notice as the website or notification service changes; the date above identifies the latest version.
